DESIGN,SETTING,ANDPARTICIPANTSInthiscohortstudy,thecBIN1score(CS)wasdeterminedfromenzyme-linkedimmunoabsorbentassay–measuredplasmacBIN1concentrationsfromstudyparticipantsinanambulatoryheartfailureclinicatCedars-SinaiMedicalCenter.Consecutivepatientswithaconfirmeddiagnosisofheartfailurewithpreservedejectionfraction(HFpEF;definedbyaleftventricularejectionfraction?50%)wererecruitedfromJulytoNovemberand
